Probably the biggest odd ball of the 2019 Model Year, the FXDR is a pretty unique bike as far as Harley's go. With its sporty appearance, including its own unique air cleaner and exhaust , it's probably not what most people generally think of when they think "Harley-Davidson". Not surprisingly though this bike does get it's fair share or criticism more or less just for existing.

But in response it all the nay sayers I can say only this.... this bike is so freaking fun to ride and you need to give it a chance. If you're itcing to get on a Harley-Davidson but are looking for something a little.... different maybe on the speedier side, I would HIGHLY recomend this bike. After taking my own test ride I was very unhappy about having to return the bike, it almost felt like giving away a recently adopted puppy.

A fair point of criticism is that the back has a lack of utility options to it, being that the most you're getting in that regard in putting a passenger pillion on the rear. While that's a fair point, understand the point of this bike isn't to throw bags on it and take a road trip across the country. It's made to go fast and tear up asphalt, and in that regard it hits the nail on the head.
I'd personally recommend this bike for anyone coming from the sportsbike world looking for a little more comfort in your ride, or if you're anyone just looking to let your inner speed demon out and keep a little bit of American rumble to your bike.
